In our effort to provide products of the highest quality and technical integrity, we subject all of our adapters to thorough testing. Our process for ensuring technical soundness includes a series of stress tests and inspections that ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Stress tests under real conditions
Our testing procedures are based on a comprehensive analysis of real-life usage conditions. We assume that customers pull a maximum of 10 kg on the edge of a screen, resulting in a specific lever length. The resulting torque is our baseline. To account for possible tolerances in pressure and other factors, we apply a 30% safety factor. We perform these tests at a temperature of 40°C, as this temperature highlights the weakest point of the plastic in its range of use.
Comprehensive testing of loading scenarios
Our testing procedures include four main loading tests, where we consider all possible situations of how a screen can be moved. Each of these tests is performed with different adapters from different production batches to account for different tolerances and strengths.
Customized testing machines and adapters
Our testing machines were designed specifically for this application. Each adapter is placed in a custom fixture made for it to realistically simulate the adapter fixture on each monitor. These customized tools ensure that our tests accurately reflect real-world usage conditions.
Focus on safety and efficiency
Our approach aims to ensure both the safety of our products and the efficiency of the design. By considering real-world loading scenarios and applying a comprehensive testing process, we ensure our products meet the highest standards without unnecessarily wasting material.
With this rigorous testing process, we can confidently say that our products are technically sound and meet our customers' requirements for quality and safety.
